MARIETTA, GA. – The engagement of Elizabeth M. Walling of Marietta, Ga., and Mark V. Cassidy, 222 Mulligan St., Phoenixville, was announced by her mother, Beverly Walling of Marietta, Ga. She is also the daughter of the late George D. Walling.

Ms. Walling is a 2003 graduate of Pope High School and a 2008 graduate of Georgia State University with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at the University of Pennsylvania/Dermatology, Philadelphia.

Her fiancé is the son of James and Brenda Ritschard, 317 Crest Lane, East Coventry. He is a 2001 graduate of Ocean City High School and a 2005 graduate of Clemson University with a bachelor of science degree in landscape architecture. He is a landscape architect/design consultant and owner of MVC Designs/California Closets, Pottstown.

An April 18, 2015 wedding at Peachtree Cathedral in Atlanta, Ga., is planned.

LONGVIEW, TEXAS – The engagement of Kirian Heffentrager and Bryan Brown, both of Longview, Texas, was announced by her parents, Lt. Cdr. (retired) and Mrs. Don Heffentrager of Leonardtown, Md. The bride is also the granddaughter of Dee Heffentrager and the late Donald Heffentrager Sr.

Her fiancé is the son of Patricia Summerford of Longview, Texas, and the grandson of the late David and Beverly Newton.

A September 11, 2014 wedding in Manteo, N.C., is planned.

MARIETTA, GA. – The engagement of Megan Elayne Callanan and Daniel Griffin McClimon, both of Marietta, Ga., was announced by her parents, Sandy Otto and Dave Callanan of Michigan.

Ms. Callanan is a 2005 graduate of Okemos High School, Okemos, Mich., a 2009 graduate of the University of Michigan with a degree in kinesiology and a 2013 graduate of Life University, Marietta, Ga., with a doctor of chiropractic degree.

Her fiancé, son of Dee and Bob McClimon of Warwick, is a 2007 graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School, a 2011 graduate of Lehigh University with a degree in psychology and a 2014 graduate of Life University, Marietta, Ga., with a doctor of chiropractic degree.

They are both chiropractors and will be opening their own chiropractic office in the Pottstown tri-county area in 2015.

An October 2014 wedding at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, Chester Springs, is planned.
