PHOENIXVILLE - The
engagement of Danielle Leah Altiere and Mark Eric Gillespie was announced by
her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Altiere of Phoenixville.
Miss Altiere is a 2003 graduate of St. Pius X High School
and a 2007 graduate of West Chester University with a bachelor of science
degree in health science. She is an esthetician and event coordinator with
Miller Cosmetic Surgery in LaJolla, Calif.
Her fiancé is the son of Kathy Sharp of Sicklerville, N.J.,
and Mark J. Gillespie of Sewell, N.J. He is a 2002 graduate of Gloucester
Catholic High School and a 2006 graduate of Arcadia University with a bachelor
of science degree in business administration. He is employed by Homeland
Security, San Diego, Calif.
A May 2013 wedding in Philadelphia is planned
Perkins Anniversary
NORTH COVENTRY – Mr. and Mrs. Warren F. Perkins Sr., 1244 S.
Hanover St., recently celebrated their 60th anniversary.
The Perkins’ are the parents of a daughter, Patricia Heimel
of Lake Ariel and a son, Warren Jr. of Pottstown.
Mrs. Perkins is the former Anna Feister.
Her husband is a 1997 retiree of Johnson Matthey.
They were married on Jan. 13, 1953 in Downingtown.
The Perkins’ have seven grandchildren and 14
great-grandchildren.
Ebensen-Summers engagement
ROYERSFORD – The engagement of Kathleen Esbensen of
Royersford and Michael E. Summers of Mont Clare was announced by her parents,
Stephen and Janet Esbensen, 240 Old Mill Rd., Royersford.
Ms. Esbensen is a 2006 graduate of St. Pius X High School, a
2011 graduate of Immaculata University with a bachelor of music degree in music
therapy and a 2013 graduate of Immaculata University with a master of the arts
degree in music therapy. She is a board-certified music therapist with
MusicWorks (music therapy service provider), Havertown.
Her fiancé is the son of Michael R. Summers and the late
Diane Summers, 135 Jacobs St., Mont Clare. He is a 2006 graduate of St. Pius X
High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of the Sciences with a
bachelor of science degree in biology. He is currently a student physician at
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he will graduate as a doctor
of osteopathic medicine.
A Sept. 7, 2013 wedding is planned at Blessed Teresa of
Calcutta Roman Catholic Church, Limerick.
Buckwalter-McGee wedding
OLEY – Jamie Nicole Buckwalter, daughter of P. Dwight
Buckwalter and the late Lori A. Buckwalter of Amity, became the bride of
Timothy R. McGee of Exeter in New Life Bible Fellowship Church, 2960
Philadelphia Ave.
Rev. Joseph Motz, pastor of St. Paul’s United Church of
Christ, Birdsboro, and Rev. David Hakes, pastor of Daybreak Community Church,
Royersford, officiated.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Daniel Boone Area High
School, a 2004 graduate of Muhlenberg College with a bachelor of arts degree
and a 2009 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a master of science
degree. She is a speech/language pathologist with Spring-Ford Area School
District.
The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy E. McGee of
Birdsboro, is a 1996 graduate of Daniel Boone Area High School and a 2000
graduate of DeSales University with a bachelor of science degree. He is a
ticket manager with the Reading Fightin Phils.
Given in marriage by her father and family, the bride was
attended by her sister, Stephanie Courchesne, matron of honor. Bridesmaids were
Kelly Hollinger, sister of the bridegroom, Jenni Noecker, Jennifer Heavener,
Christine Derr, Emily Huie, Christine Pearsall, Diana Robillard and Kathleen
Bernardini. Flower girls were Anna, Katie and Lydia Hollinger, nieces of the
bridegroom, and Kensi Courchesne, niece of the bride.
David Grubb served as best man. Ushers were Clint Weiler,
Brian Noecker, Brian Domergue, Eric Stinson, Eric Owens, Kyle Mieczkowski,
Chuck Bauers; and Nathan Buckwalter, brother of the bride. Ringbearer was Brady
Courchesne, nephew of the bride.
Following a reception at Bear Creek Mountain Resort,
Macungie, the newlyweds left on a wedding trip to California.
The couple will reside in Exeter.

Zingley-Endy engagement
WOODBRIDGE, VA. – The engagement of Jessica Anne Zingley of
Woodbridge, Va. and Joshua David Endy of South Coventry was announced by her
parents, Jay and Dori Zingley, of Macungie.
Ms. Zingley is a 2007 graduate of Allentown Central Catholic
High School and a 2011 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in
elementary education. She is an elementary teacher with Prince William County
Public Schools, Woodbridge, Va.
Her fiancé is the son of David and Joene Endy, 2075 Young
Road, South Coventry. He is a 2008 graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School and
a 2012 graduate of Penn State University with a degree in kinesiology. He is a
substitute teacher with the Spring-Ford Area School District.
