SCHWENKSVILLE – Meredith Anne Younker, daughter of Holly and
James Younker, 468 Baptist Church Road, East Coventry, became the bride of
Anthony Joseph Palmieri of Lumberton, N.C. in Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Roman
Catholic Church, 256 Swamp Pike.
The Rev. Jeff Rott officiated.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School
and a 2010 graduate of Kutztown University with a bachelor of science degree in
elementary education. She is a kindergarten teacher with Tanglewood Elementary
School, Lumberton, N.C.
The bridegroom, son of Lisa and Anthony Palmieri, Dorsett
Circle, Upper Providence, is a 2007 graduate of St. Pius X High School and a
2011 graduate of Cabrini College with a bachelor of science degree in
elementary education. He is a third grade teacher at Tanglewood Elementary School,
Lumberton, N.C.
Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by
her cousin, Brooklynne Younker. Bridesmaids were Jessica Miller, Migdalia
Vergez, Natalie Hordsworth and Randi Harrop, cousin of the bride. Junior
bridesmaid was Carina Chieffalo, cousin of the bridegroom.
Andrew Palmieri, brother of the bridegroom, was best man.
Ushers were Matthew Younker and Ryan Younker, brothers of the bride; Theodore
Younker, cousin of the bride; and D.J. Litishin. Junior usher was Dominic
Chieffalo, cousin of the bridegroom.
The grandmothers of both the bride and bridegroom were gift
bearers.
After a reception at the Radisson Valley Forge, the
newlyweds left on a wedding trip to St. Lucia.
They will reside in Lumberton, N.C.
